Description

You will lead support and release management for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, SCM, HCM), ensuring scalability, performance, and security while mentoring junior engineers and liaising between IT, business stakeholders, and vendor teams.

Requirements

• In-depth technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, SCM, HCM)
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion security, integration framework, reporting analytics, and extensibility
• Proficiency in Oracle development tools, SQL, PL/SQL, and JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of application support methodologies (ITIL, DevOps, CI/CD, Agile)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Lead support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, SCM, HCM)
• Monitor integrations and critical jobs across Oracle Fusion and connected systems
• Manage L2/L3 operational support, including triage, incident handling, and root-cause analysis
• Oversee end-to-end release management for enterprise business applications
• Serve as primary liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and vendor teams for issues and releases
