Description

You'll lead a small product team of 3-5 engineers, spending 30% of your time on management and the rest on active development. You'll drive innovation by designing agentic workflows and fostering team growth through coaching and feedback.

Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people
• Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6, Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix)
• Track record of shipping secure, reliable, scalable production systems
• Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows
• Solid communication and organizational skills, people-first approach

Responsibilities

• Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers (backend and frontend)
• Actively participate in product development within the team
• Involve in hiring processes and onboarding of new engineers
• Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and career guidance
• Design and operationalize agentic workflows to improve execution
