🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead risk-focused initiatives with global financial partners
• Oversee partner relationship health with key risk counterparts
• Develop projects and initiatives supporting partner relationships
• Represent Stripe's risk approach to banking partners

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in risk-related role at bank or merchant acquirer
• 5+ years experience in risk management at bank or merchant acquirer
• 2+ years experience improving processes and scaling solutions
• Ability to represent Stripe on risk and compliance issues with partners

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with financial crime programs including KYC/B, AML, Sanctions
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations
• Market experience across America and Canada
