Description

You will design and own the recruiting strategy for Go-To-Market and Operations functions at NexHealth, a healthcare infrastructure company. You'll act as a player-coach: directly managing high-impact searches, building talent pipelines, and mentoring a recruiter, while partnering with business leaders to translate growth goals into hiring outcomes. This role is fully remote within the US.

Responsibilities

  • Design and own end-to-end recruiting strategy for GTM and Operations functions
  • Serve as trusted advisor to leaders on talent strategy and market insights
  • Own full-cycle recruiting execution including sourcing, screening, and closing
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and People
  • Lead and mentor a GTM Recruiter with coaching and execution support
