  • Engage with at-risk customers via inbound and outbound retention calls.
  • Conduct scheduled value sessions to drive feature adoption and optimization.
  • Diagnose root causes of churn using product usage patterns and account health.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and improve retention.
