- Engage with at-risk customers via inbound and outbound retention calls.
- Conduct scheduled value sessions to drive feature adoption and optimization.
- Diagnose root causes of churn using product usage patterns and account health.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and improve retention.

- Track record in high-volume customer-facing roles with strong results.
- Ability to translate product knowledge into tailored customer solutions.
- Strong consultative communication and influence skills.
- Results-driven mindset with ownership of outcomes.
