Description

You will design, develop, and validate advanced algorithmic capabilities for radar systems, bridging system design, requirements management, and verification. You will lead integration of emerging capabilities, requirements decomposition across teams, and own systems end-to-end to ensure customer requirements are met.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of hardware and software systems engineering experience
• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Robotics, Mathematics, or related field
• Proficiency with Python for data parsing, modeling simulation, data analysis, and visualization
• Experience with model-based systems engineering tools such as JAMA, Cameo, Matlab, Simulink, AFSIM
• Experience conducting system and software-level hazard analyses (e.g., Functional Hazard Analysis) and familiarity with MIL-STD-882E

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate tracking, sensor/effector management, battlespace optimization, and threat forecasting capabilities
• Lead requirements decomposition across cross-functional teams, defining success in ambiguity
• Develop test plans, acceptance criteria, and analysis tools to evaluate system performance using simulation and field data
• Integrate emerging capabilities into new products and system configurations
• Lead system integration, scoping hardware and software solutions, and making tradeoffs across capability, timelines, risk, and cost
