💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health visits to adult and geriatric clients in senior living communities. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements for mobility, strength, balance.
• Implement individualized care plans with therapeutic exercises and gait training.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care and safety.
• Accurately document care using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.

📋 Requirements

• Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Graduation from an APTA or CAAHEP accredited program.
• Solid computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred.
