💼 About This Role

You'll lead the growth of water and wastewater infrastructure services in a target Northeast market, building a local office from scratch. You will drive business development and project delivery for municipal clients, supported by national resources. This role transitions from remote to hybrid after establishing a local office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand municipal water/wastewater services.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities, leading proposals and negotiations.
• Oversee delivery of municipal infrastructure projects ensuring technical excellence.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering and project management staff.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in municipal water, wastewater, or stormwater infrastructure.
• BS or MS in Civil or Environmental Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in MA, CT, or NH preferred.
• Proven success in developing new markets and securing key municipal clients.
