Description

You will design and implement end-to-end personalization and experimentation solutions using Contentful Personalization, working directly with customer engineering, product, and marketing teams. You'll own the technical architecture, reduce implementation risk, and accelerate time to value for complex personalization use cases.

Requirements

• Deep domain expertise in personalization and experimentation with experience building, operating, and scaling personalization programs in production
• Hands-on technical skills to implement personalization in modern, composable architectures
• Experience with audience strategy, decisioning, experimentation, and measurement
• Ability to design personalization delivery patterns across SSR, CSR, SSG, ISR, edge and CDN-based approaches
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions and enabling customer teams through workshops and code reviews

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of personalization and experimentation programs including audience strategies, decisioning models, and experimentation frameworks
• Architect hands-on solutions using Contentful Personalization, including user identification, audience evaluation, decisioning, and delivery
• Integrate personalization with enterprise platforms (CDPs, CRMs, analytics, identity/consent tools)
• Lead technical discovery and translate requirements into detailed technical designs (integration patterns, API contracts, data schemas)
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to create feedback loops into product development
