Requirements

• 2+ years serving experience in high-volume, service-driven restaurant
• Flexible availability for AM/PM shifts including weekends
• Working knowledge of classic cocktails, wine varietals, and beer
• Hospitality-first mindset with excellent communication
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Advise guests on wine pairings and menu selections
• Up-sell wines and beverages appropriately
• Maintain mise-en-place in restaurant and cellar
