Description

Join Mesh to design, build, and operate production-grade Web3 systems used by real customers and assets at scale. You'll own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and on-chain components, lead complex workflows involving wallets and transactions, and mentor other engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years professional experience as Full-stack Web3 Engineer with production across frontend, backend, and on-chain components
• Hands-on experience with Web3 building blocks: wallet connectivity, dApp development, blockchain RPCs/indexing, on-chain/off-chain payment settlement
• Familiar with DeFi primitives (DEXs, swaps, lending, trading platforms)
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (TypeScript, React, Redux) AND backend services (C#, Node.js, Go, Java) AND smart contracts (Solidity)
• Strong understanding of transaction lifecycle and security-first mindset; solid distributed systems fundamentals

• Partner with product, design, and external teams to turn ambiguous requirements into technical solutions
• Mentor engineers and contribute to best practices, architecture reviews, and technical direction
