Description

You will lead the User Risk Strategy team at Stripe, defining who Stripe can do business with and on what terms. You'll set the multi-year vision for the supportability framework, balance risk with user experience, and drive cross-functional decisions to enable safe growth.

Requirements

• Seasoned leader with experience managing managers (M2)
• Expertise in risk strategy, policy, or supportability frameworks
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Legal, etc.
• Ability to balance risk exposure with user experience and business growth
• Experience in fintech or financial services preferred

Responsibilities

• Own long-term vision and strategy for User Risk/Supportability function
• Define risk/reward framework for new industry and product enablement
• Lead Ecosystem Strategy, including global Terms of Service standards
• Lead User Insights Enablement for emerging industries and large user advisory
• Lead Platform Risk Strategy for largest users and complex use cases
