🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via tickets and emails
• Perform problem diagnosis, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning
• Provide on-call support for rotations and escalations
• Monitor production transaction volume, functionality, and performance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Technical or Production Support for B2B
• Experience with ticketing systems like Salesforce, Jira, Confluence
• Understanding of API technologies and troubleshooting (e.g., cURL, HTTP codes)
• Intermediate SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases
