You will lead college counseling and matriculation strategy at your site, managing a team and a caseload to ensure scholars successfully matriculate to 4-year colleges. You'll track data, build partnerships, and implement programs that drive high outcomes for first-generation students.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-level college counseling strategy to meet matriculation goals
• Track scholar data using Salesforce and platforms
• Ensure FAFSA/state-aid completion
• Develop college exposure strategy ensuring 4 visits by end of 11th grade
• Manage and coach College Counselor + Advisors
