You'll own full-cycle recruiting for technical and client-facing roles at a high-growth firm. You'll shape hiring processes and build the talent function as we scale from ~20 to 100+. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and collaborate directly with leadership.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and client-facing roles
- Source high-caliber candidates through non-traditional channels
- Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles and strategies
- Manage and optimize ATS (Ashby) to support scaling
📋 Requirements
- 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven ability to source and close technical talent
- Experience hiring for client-facing or hybrid roles
- Strong sourcing skills and experience in fast-paced environments

- Startup or high-growth company experience
- Experience with technical screening for engineering roles
- Familiarity with AI and tech talent markets
