You'll own full-cycle recruiting for technical and client-facing roles at a high-growth firm. You'll shape hiring processes and build the talent function as we scale from ~20 to 100+. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and collaborate directly with leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and client-facing roles
  • Source high-caliber candidates through non-traditional channels
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles and strategies
  • Manage and optimize ATS (Ashby) to support scaling

📋 Requirements

  • 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven ability to source and close technical talent
  • Experience hiring for client-facing or hybrid roles
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience in fast-paced environments

✨ Nice to Have

  • Startup or high-growth company experience
  • Experience with technical screening for engineering roles
  • Familiarity with AI and tech talent markets
