You'll build and scale the RFP response function for a high-growth SaaS company, directly impacting revenue and win rates. You'll own end-to-end proposal strategy and execution, partnering with Sales, Presales, and Marketing.   • Own end-to-end RFP/RFI response strategy and execution.
  • Draft and refine answers to technical and business questions.
  • Maintain and improve a scalable knowledge base of approved answers.
  • Partner with Sales to track win rates and improve processes.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years managing RFPs or proposals in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional project management skills with tight timelines.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills for different audiences.
  • Collaborative, low-ego, and systems-minded approach.

  • Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales teams.
