You'll build and scale the RFP response function for a high-growth SaaS company, directly impacting revenue and win rates. You'll own end-to-end proposal strategy and execution, partnering with Sales, Presales, and Marketing. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end RFP/RFI response strategy and execution.
- Draft and refine answers to technical and business questions.
- Maintain and improve a scalable knowledge base of approved answers.
- Partner with Sales to track win rates and improve processes.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years managing RFPs or proposals in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Exceptional project management skills with tight timelines.
- Excellent writing and editing skills for different audiences.
- Collaborative, low-ego, and systems-minded approach.

- Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales teams.
- Familiarity with RFP software and content management.
