Description

You will design and develop the core control plane for AI agents, supporting custom RBAC, auth, guardrails, auditing, and observability. You'll build multi-tenant systems for cloud and on-prem, optimize AI agent performance, and collaborate closely with customers and product teams to deliver high-impact features.

Requirements

• 3+ years full-stack or backend engineering with scalable system design
• Strong product sense and strategic thinking for user experience
• All-in commitment to building a generational AI company
• Built and operated production AI systems (nice to have)
• Experience with Go, Python, C, WASM, PyTorch, Tensorflow (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop core control plane for AI agents with RBAC, auth, guardrails, auditing, and observability
• Develop multi-tenant systems for cloud and on-prem deployments
• Build, deploy, and optimize AI agent performance, alignment, and evals
• Work closely with customers to ship high-impact features driven by real-world use
• Partner with product to define roadmap and bring new AI tooling to life
