🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate scientific goals into an automation roadmap
• Plan, run, and analyze proof-of-concept experiments
• Write user requirements and partner with engineers
• Co-develop and evaluate prototype designs

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Materials Science or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experimental work with custom instruments
• Experimental design and data analysis (e.g. Python)
• Familiarity with thin films, solid-state synthesis, or in-situ characterization

• Broad experience with inorganic materials synthesis
• Experience selecting, operating, and maintaining scientific instruments
• Accomplishments recognized in your field
