You'll spearhead full stack implementation of digital products for finance clients, guiding engineers and collaborating with designers to translate concepts into scalable production-ready applications. You'll own technical direction and delivery while multiplying team effectiveness through hands-on leadership and architectural decisions. This hybrid role offers direct client partnership in Mexico City's financial hub.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and delivery of modern web applications using React and TypeScript
• Architect solutions balancing UX, performance, scalability, and delivery constraints
• Set technical direction and standards for consistency and maintainability
• Manage software quality, testing strategy, and delivery velocity

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years designing and building commercial-grade software systems
• 5+ years leading Agile teams or acting as technical lead
• 7+ years of deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and React
• C1+ English proficiency, written and verbal

• Backend experience with .NET, Java, or Python
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms
• Experience in financial products or data-intensive systems
