💼 About This Role

You'll prep vehicles for paint using state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Center, ensuring quality standards for Carvana's customers. This role offers training programs to advance your skills and pay, plus 100% company-paid healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Sanding, masking, taping, and bagging vehicles for paint
• Buffing and performing tear-down/unbagging
• Prepping vehicles for cosmetic paintwork

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 6 months professional automotive prepping experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old

• Prior auto body or paint experience
• ASE certification
