• Design autoscaling systems for predictable worker fleet scaling.
• Architect and operate high-performance task execution services.
• Manage cloud integrations including secure networking and IAM boundaries.

📋 Requirements

• Experience building distributed systems or multi-tenant platforms.
• Strong understanding of concurrency, performance, and reliability.
• Proven ability to ship platform primitives like APIs or control planes.
• Comfort managing outcomes, including incident responses.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Go is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms.
• Knowledge of IAM/security boundaries for cloud execution.
