🎯 What You'll Do

• Create, post, and optimize job ads on Indeed and other platforms.
• Search for qualified candidates using job boards and Boolean search.
• Send outreach messages and track candidate responses.
• Maintain accurate data entry and update candidate records.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or staffing support.
• Proficiency with Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn job boards.
• Strong research abilities and comfort working with data.
• Excellent written communication skills for job ads and outreach.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems or CRM platforms.
