You'll drive delivery of complex hardware-software programs for EV charging solutions, aligning engineering execution with business goals. Your core impact includes managing embedded software releases, cross-functional requirements, and program risks. You'll influence next-gen technology and scale impact by improving systems and processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Document and gain sign-off on technical requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Own and coordinate embedded software release schedules.
• Groom product backlog and prioritize features and bugs.
• Champion engineering best practices and agile methodologies.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience with embedded systems using C/C++
• Proven ability to deliver embedded or cloud-connected software on commercial hardware.
• Experience delivering new embedded systems/technology products from bring-up to production.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent (MS preferred).

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to connectivity architecture using Wireless (Cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC) and wired (Ethernet, CAN) interfaces.
• C/C++ coding in a Linux environment; modern C++ preferred.
• Working with EV/EVSE products is a big plus.
