💼 About This Role

You'll take full ownership of corporate governance and housekeeping across 20+ global entities at a PE-backed SaaS platform. Your work will ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency. You'll also support strategic initiatives like M&A activities and provide day-to-day commercial legal support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own corporate governance and housekeeping across all legal entities.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks and documentation standards.
• Manage entity-level legal requirements, coordinating with local counsel.
• Support M&A activities and corporate transactions with external law firms.

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in corporate law with a focus on governance.
• Senior-level expertise in multi-entity international structures.
• Strong understanding of commercial law principles for SaaS agreements.
• Fluent in German and English (mandatory).
