Description

You will guide enterprise customers through Generative AI implementations, integrating Coveo's AI search products with systems like SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. You'll lead requirement-gathering sessions, configure solutions, and build intuitive interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular)
• Ease navigating across sophisticated tech stacks and B2B ecosystems
• Consulting experience with client-facing roles and enterprise stakeholder communication
• Strong ownership mindset, able to lead projects and prioritize under pressure
• German fluency (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Integrate Coveo with systems like SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Shopify across cloud, on-premise, or hybrid environments
• Implement and customize Coveo features to match customer environments and business needs
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions with enterprise clients and translate needs into scalable technical solutions
• Communicate with customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and smooth delivery
• Configure, optimize, and enrich solutions to consolidate data and support key features, functionalities, and plug-ins
