Description

You will lead digital transformation projects in the public sector, helping clients redesign administrative processes and migrate to SAP S/4HANA. You'll drive process optimization in HR, budgeting, procurement, and accounting, and support change management and governance in SAP transformation projects. You'll also have the opportunity to shape the SAP team and consulting offerings in the public sector.

Requirements

• Several years of practical project experience in SAP, ideally in the public sector
• Knowledge of SAP product roadmap, especially S/4HANA (PSM, FI, CO) or SuccessFactors and HCM
• Experience in (sub-)project management in SAP transformations
• Excellent degree in business, engineering, or IT
• Excellent German and English skills
