💼 About This Role

You'll join Verkada's Fulfillment team to support global operations by managing orders, returns, and communications. Your work will ensure timely dispatch and accurate order processing for a fast-growing security platform. This role offers remote flexibility within MST or CST timezones.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Communicate order and return status updates via email, phone, and in person.
• Process incoming orders and validate purchase order accuracy.
• Process incoming returns, including receiving and initiating refurbishment.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams on escalations and issues.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a call center setting.
• Email handling and order entry in a high volume environment.
• Proficient with written and verbal communication (email and phone).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

✨ Nice to Have

• NetSuite or Salesforce experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Located in MST or CST timezone.
