💼 About This Role

You'll assist in organ procurement and preservation for donor grafts, supporting transplant teams with Paragonix devices. You'll ensure compliance with OPTN guidelines and hospital protocols. This role combines surgical assistance with device expertise for life-saving organ transport.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Pack supplies and set up OR using aseptic technique.
• Recover donor grafts per client policies.
• Collaborate with quality teams to develop best practice protocols.
• Train and evaluate new team members on Paragonix devices.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Science or equivalent transplant experience.
• Experience in 20 heart transplants and 20 lung transplants in a UNOS approved program.
• Ability to travel within 2 hours of an operational hub.
