You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for a global remote talent platform. Your core impact is driving new business across North America through discovery, demos, and negotiation. This is a hunter role for closers who treat sales as a craft.

  • Full-cycle sales from first outreach to signed contract
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Run discovery calls and product demos uncovering business pain
  • Negotiate commercial terms and drive deals to close

  • 2โ€“4 years of full-cycle SaaS or services sales experience
  • Documented track record of hitting quota (top 20% team)
  • Genuine hunter mentality and pipeline generation ability
  • Tech fluency with Pipedrive/HubSpot, Outreach/Salesloft, Gong/Chorus
