You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for a global remote talent platform. Your core impact is driving new business across North America through discovery, demos, and negotiation. This is a hunter role for closers who treat sales as a craft.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Full-cycle sales from first outreach to signed contract
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Run discovery calls and product demos uncovering business pain
- Negotiate commercial terms and drive deals to close
๐ Requirements
- 2โ4 years of full-cycle SaaS or services sales experience
- Documented track record of hitting quota (top 20% team)
- Genuine hunter mentality and pipeline generation ability
- Tech fluency with Pipedrive/HubSpot, Outreach/Salesloft, Gong/Chorus

- Bachelor's degree
- Top 20% quota attainment in previous role
