💼 About This Role

You'll oversee daily program operations and care delivery for Equip's virtual eating disorder treatment program. You'll manage Therapy Leads and staff therapists to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care. This role impacts thousands of patients through team leadership and operational oversight.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise Therapy Leads and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Provide clinical consultation on complex cases and safety events.
• Use data to monitor team performance and guide decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and change management initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years supervising therapists or therapy leaders.
• 5+ years treating patients with eating disorders.
• Active unrestricted license in home state.
• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field.

• Eligibility for multi-state licensure or inter-jurisdictional compact.
• Experience in a virtual care model.
