Description

You will provide one-on-one support and coaching to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in integrated community work settings, helping them explore career interests, secure employment, and develop job skills for long-term success.

Requirements

• One year experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Day-time availability
• ACRE and/or CESP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Empower individuals to obtain meaningful employment
• Assist with enhancing job skills by monitoring progress through documentation
• Educate employers on benefits of working with people with disabilities
• Advocate for inclusion and reasonable accommodations
