💼 About This Role

You'll take end-to-end ownership of our SAP integration landscape at Qonto, driving architectural decisions and setting quality standards as we grow across Europe. You'll be the main technical point of contact for Finance, translating business needs into clear solutions. The role offers full autonomy in a remote-friendly fintech environment with a lean-minded leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Frame complex SAP integration challenges and propose architectures.
• Own the technical relationship with Finance and Accounting teams.
• Challenge external integrators and drive roadmap priorities.
• Design REST/OData APIs and middleware connectors across systems.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on SAP experience (S/4HANA Public Cloud preferred).
• Proven ability to design and build integrations using ABAP, RAP/CDS.
• Strong stakeholder skills to communicate with non-technical teams.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Joule) in daily work.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP BTP & Integration Suite.
• Knowledge of Workday, ADP, OneLogin, Google Workspace, Slack.
• Background in fintech or banking compliance.
