You will lead the UK project management team, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Shift Technology's AI platform solutions to insurance clients. You'll drive operational excellence, manage high-impact projects, and collaborate with regional and global leaders to ensure successful client outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years delivery management in Enterprise SaaS
• 10+ years project management with 5+ years leading teams in Enterprise SaaS
• Outstanding English communication skills
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple complex projects
• Strategic mindset with operational excellence

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle for portfolio of projects
• Develop, coach, and empower a team of project managers
• Coordinate with leaders across UK, Ireland, Nordics and broader Shift
• Maintain strong client stakeholder relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project delivery
