🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute OCM strategies for transformations
• Conduct stakeholder, change impact, and readiness assessments
• Develop communications, training approaches, and adoption strategies
• Facilitate client workshops and presentations with senior leaders

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS in Business, OD, Communications, Psychology, or related
• 3+ years in OCM, communications, or transformation roles
• Experience supporting system implementations or organization redesign
• Working knowledge of change management strategies and assessments

• MBA or relevant advanced degree
• Experience in large-scale transformation programs in consulting
