💼 About This Role

You'll lead the MPI licensing process in Singapore and establish compliance operations for a fast-growing fintech serving emerging markets. Your work will directly enable cross-border financial services for millions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support the MPI licensing process with MAS
• Set up local compliance operations and framework
• Manage regulatory reporting and suspicious transaction reporting
• Oversee CDD/KYC/EDD for customers and partners

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of compliance experience in a fintech regulated by MAS
• Strong understanding of Singapore AML/CFT regulations including PSA and MAS Notices
• Experience with regulatory engagements and licensing projects
• Knowledge of cross-border payments

• ACAMS, ICA, or equivalent certification
• Experience with compliance technology tools
