Description
You will lead a portfolio of initiatives to improve clinical operations margins and performance, working with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable systems. This is a build-and-run role where you diagnose problems, drive execution, and harden improvements into sustainable processes.
Requirements
- Experience in clinical operations strategy or similar high-impact operations role
- Ability to diagnose problems, design solutions, and execute with rigor
- Cross-functional stakeholder alignment and communication skills
- Experience building KPIs, dashboards, and operating mechanisms
- Ability to manage ambiguous, complex initiatives
Responsibilities
- Lead prioritized portfolio of initiatives to improve gross margin and delivery margin
- Drive top-of-license and care model optimization workstreams
- Identify and execute operational levers to enhance leader span of control
- Partner with Finance and BI to ensure savings/impact are tracked
- Create operating cadence for Clinical Operations strategic priorities
