You'll lead C-suite relationships in the Defence vertical, delivering sophisticated treasury and FX hedging solutions for long-cycle contracts. Your impact: drive strategic origination and mentor the next generation of talent on our London floor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and onboard Tier-1 prospects in Defence and Aerospace
• Sell complex FX hedging, cash management, and trade finance solutions
• Build relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Directors
• Act as internal Defence Expert, providing feedback to Product teams

📋 Requirements

• Defence industry experience with knowledge of fixed-price bids and sovereign risk
• Proven track record in high-value negotiations
• Fluent English (second language a bonus)
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
