You'll serve as the primary liaison between customers and our sales team, managing the delivery-to-cash process including invoicing, collections, and discrepancy resolution. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage invoicing, collections, and payment discrepancies for assigned accounts.
• Monitor AR aging and unbilled reports to ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with sales team to resolve rate requests and accessorial approvals.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for invoicing and load-building requirements.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in a customer operations role.
• Oracle NetSuite experience and expert knowledge of Microsoft Suite with emphasis on Excel (vlookups and pivot tables).
• Industry experience required.
