You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, partnering with product and engineering teams to resolve issues. Your work will drive customer retention and ensure a delightful support experience. This role offers a chance to grow expertise in PKI, SSL, and security technologies.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Deliver world-class customer service to resolve concerns and retain customers.
- Manage inbound/outbound emails, calls, and chats.
- Achieve productivity targets for tickets processed and response times.
- Document issues in CRM and contribute to self-help knowledge base.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years technical support or IT client interfacing experience.
- Computer Science or related qualification.
- Basic understanding of Internet principles and networking protocols.
- Understanding of PKI, SSL, and related technologies.

- Familiarity with UNIX script commands and web server administration.
- Certifications such as CISSP, MCSE, or CCNA.
- Knowledge of Windows Servers, Apache, and Linux.
