  • Deliver world-class customer service to resolve concerns and retain customers.
  • Manage inbound/outbound emails, calls, and chats.

  • 2+ years technical support or IT client interfacing experience.
  • Computer Science or related qualification.
  • Basic understanding of Internet principles and networking protocols.
  • Understanding of PKI, SSL, and related technologies.

  • Familiarity with UNIX script commands and web server administration.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, MCSE, or CCNA.
  • Knowledge of Windows Servers, Apache, and Linux.
