You'll facilitate group telehealth sessions for adolescent and young adult clients in a virtual intensive outpatient program. Your core impact is delivering evidence-based behavioral health treatment to help clients navigate mental health conditions. This role allows you to work remotely with a warm and empathetic clinical team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate group therapy sessions following Charlie Health curriculum
• Foster client engagement and group cohesion
• Complete treatment documentation within 24 hours
• Participate in Treatment Team and Group Supervision meetings

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in mental health or related field
• Experience working with youth and young adults
• Availability late afternoons/evenings weekdays and Saturdays
• Proficiency in cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom)

• Well versed in DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI
• Group treatment facilitation skills
