💼 About This Role

You'll establish and oversee the investment expense framework for KKR's insurance platform, ensuring accuracy and transparency. You'll drive management reporting, strategic planning, and financial close processes to support sustainable growth. This role offers direct partnership with senior leadership across Finance, Operations, and Actuarial teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead recurring expense reporting to drive transparency into business results
• Automate manual processes to improve data compilation and analysis
• Own statutory expense analytics partnering with Actuarial and Capital Management
• Coordinate annual budget, interim forecasts, and long-term planning

📋 Requirements

• Background in financial services with strong understanding of insurance operations
• Experience collaborating across legal, technology, risk, operations, and compliance
• Track record of process improvement focusing on automation and controls
