Description
You will manage client relationships, develop marketing strategies, and contribute to partnership development for a progressive communications agency. You'll oversee account executives, ensure client deliverables are met, and collaborate on business development proposals while working with labor and social justice clients.
Requirements
- Five years of experience in cause-based marketing or sales
- Passion for policy and social justice
- Familiarity with the Labor Movement and working with unions
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Exceptional multi-tasking and detail-oriented capabilities
- Strong writing skills (written skills test required for finalists)
- Working knowledge of integrated marketing campaigns (PR, marketing, advertising, digital)
- Strong project management skills
- Valid driver’s license and automobile for transportation to work events
Responsibilities
- Serve as a problem solver for clients, ensuring responses within 2 hours
- Develop and track work plans, take detailed notes in meetings
- Lead on coordinating assignments and ensuring deadlines are met
- Prepare agendas and material presentations for client meetings
- Proactively offer tactical ideas and contribute to strategy
- Provide strong, error-free drafts for press releases and websites
- Maintain and update client digital platforms (website, social, blog, campaign pages)
- Ensure client advertising plans stay on schedule and deliver results
- Collaborate on proposals and case studies for business development
- Create business agreements and scopes of work
- Draft presentations, proposals, scopes, and budgets
- Assist with managing HubSpot account and coordinating prospect meetings
- Represent the agency at trade shows and networking events
- Manage Account Executives and Interns, developing their skills
