You'll join Hawthorne Residential Partners as a hands-on maintenance professional, independently handling work orders and preventative maintenance for a welcoming apartment community. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs timely.
• Complete service requests per Hawthorne standards.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Perform preventative maintenance per company policies.
• Maintain building, grounds, and shop organization.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• EPA/HVAC Certification.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
