💼 About This Role

You'll join the Internal Engineering Platform team to own the end-to-end developer experience—from local development to production. You'll identify friction in the developer lifecycle, design solutions, and build tools that simplify setups, enable zero-touch deploys, and standardize AI tooling. Collaborate with engineers across Matillion to make shipping seamless.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build internal developer tools and platforms
• Maintain local development environments and CI/CD pipelines
• Drive adoption of Generative AI and agentic tooling
• Enforce source control, release, and governance policies

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in software engineering and DevOps
• Hands-on experience with Python, AWS, Docker, and Terraform
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or equivalent
• Proficient with engineering metrics such as DORA

• Experience with developer portals
• System design experience for internal platforms
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
