You'll support Technology, Product, and Finance teams as a trusted HR generalist, coaching managers on performance and employee relations. You'll help execute People & Culture programs and navigate daily people matters with a practical, solutions-focused approach. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach managers on performance management and feedback
• Support employee relations matters including performance and disciplinary processes
• Partner with managers on performance improvement conversations and documentation
• Support rollout of People & Culture programs like performance cycles

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years of HR experience in a generalist or HRBP capacity
• Experience supporting managers with performance and employee relations
• Solid understanding of Australian employment law
• Comfortable coaching managers on difficult conversations
