💼 About This Role

You'll lead backend development for an agentic AI orchestration platform that enables isolated, AI-powered development sessions. You'll own features from problem statement to production deployment, working across Rust, React, and Kubernetes. This remote role offers high autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead feature development from problem statement to production deployment
• Implement quality gates for agentic-driven processes and workflows
• Collaborate on novel ideas to improve team processes
• Mentor fellow teammates and raise awareness of technical issues

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years with backend technologies like Rust, Go, or Java
• Experience with async web frameworks (Axum, Actix, etc.)
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL) and caching (Redis)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
• Experience with frontend technologies such as React
• Adopted agentic development tools like Claude Code or Codex
