You'll lead a team of cross-functional engineers building streaming data pipelines and ML-driven audience construction for Madhive's ad targeting platform. Your work directly powers campaigns for over 30,000 businesses daily. You'll drive operational excellence and foster a culture of innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of cross-functional engineers developing data pipelines and ML models.
• Act as technical north star, guiding data and system architecture decisions.
• Identify cross-team dependencies and facilitate communication between initiatives.
• Hire and nurture engineers through mentorship and career advocacy.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on industry experience or 10+ years without degree.
• 3+ years actively mentoring and managing software engineers.
• Expertise in SQL for data manipulation and pipeline management.
• Experience managing machine learning teams and deploying advanced models.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience developing protobuf and JSON-based API endpoints.
• Previous experience in Adtech.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, ideally on GCP.
