You'll lead the product marketing strategy for new B2C digital products, defining positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution. You'll drive full-funnel performance across acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization with a strong focus on LTV. This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to directly impact revenue and product success at a global scale.

- Define and own product marketing strategy for new B2C products
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver growth initiatives
- Optimize full-funnel performance with a strong LTV focus
- Conduct market and user research for actionable insights
๐ Requirements
- 5โ7+ years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing within B2C digital products
- Proven ability to impact core business metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and LTV
- Strong expertise in segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making

- Solid understanding of performance marketing channels (Google, Meta, TikTok)
- Experience with CRO and funnel optimization techniques
- Strong leadership skills in cross-functional organizations
