💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Forecasting and Scheduling team at Assembled, building algorithms and user experiences that optimize human and AI agent staffing for customer support. Your work will directly shape how tens of thousands of agents are staffed and how hundreds of millions of dollars in support spend are allocated. This role combines hard technical problems with product leadership, reimagining workforce management for the AI era.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set technical direction and make product decisions for Forecasting & Scheduling.
• Partner with PM, design, ML engineers, and GTM team to define what to build.
• Work directly with customers to ensure product meets their needs.
• Lead and grow a team of engineers, ensuring delivery and technical excellence.

• T-shaped leader who can operate broadly and dive deep when needed.
• Team builder with ability to excite and recruit high-quality engineers.
• Holds the bar high for delivering value to customers quickly and effectively.
• Champions technical investment in paying down debt and modernizing infrastructure.
