🎯 What You'll Do

• Validate and apply software modules for coding and training.
• Collaborate with coding, clinical teams, and external clients.
• Assist in presenting clinical and coding concepts to hospitals.
• Implement and support Clinical Documentation Integrity programs.
• Lead audits of medical record coding and DRG assignment.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with verification AND 7 years RN inpatient acute care experience with 5 years CDI experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 11 years inpatient acute care coding experience with CDI experience.
• RHIT, CCDS, CDIP, or CCS certification with 5 years clinical coding or CDI experience.
